Any age will be appropriate depending on the event; we provide games and Nerf blasters for all ages however we recommend children from ages 3yrs and older with adult supervision.

Any outdoor or indoor location with ample space is ideal for a Nerf gun event. For a group of 10 or more, even a backyard is fine however we suggest a location that's as big as 1 or 2 full basketball courts for fun filled action . You as the host are responsible for securing the location and applying for any permits if applicable. However we will be more than glad to suggest some locations suggestions based on your zip code to host your event.

A non-refundable deposit fee will be charged at the moment of cancellation. This covers rental space booking incurred. However under inclement weather resheduling event is avalible.

We will arrive a minimum of 1hr prior to event in order to setup equipment or as needed by the host.

The only additional fees would be for services greater than 25 miles from our servicing areas of zip code 34785 within the Central Florida area and event permits when applicable. Also some events might require a generator fee for certain equipment. Contact us for quotes.

Yes, sales tax will be collected and will vary depending on what city or county the rental occures in. Your quote will not represent tax included as it varies per city and county. If you are a non-profit entity please have a approved tax exemption certificate and the EIN number upon rental.

As the host of the event you would have to make all necessary arrangements to obtain the same. NITLEX Entertainment nor our staff will be responsible. In the event permits/permissions were not obtained NITLEX Entertainment reserves the right to terminate the event and non-refundable deposit and or payment will be forfeited. We take this very seriously as we can be held accountable and be banned from certain locations.

That's a great question! We pretty much take care of all of the logistical part of the entertainment. All you have to do is provide the location and we take care of the rest!
